- Reviewed in the United States on May 11, 2024Format: PaperbackThis is THE book for anyone diving into modern-day influencer marketing. As a marketer for over 15 years, I've seen how influencer marketing started, grew in adoption drastically, and evolved alongside changes in consumer psychology, market demands, medium types, creator economy, and social channels. This guide lands perfectly in today's digital landscape, offering not just the what and the why but the actual how to build effective influencer partnerships.
Eric and Stephanie have done it again! They have brought a very detailed approach, giving real-world tactics for engaging with influencers who resonate with your brand's ethos and have the genuine pull to drive audience behavior in your favor. How do we cultivate these relationships? How do we measure? How do we keep things authentic, transparent, and audience-focused while being influencer-friendly and revenue-generating? The Ultimate Guide to Influencer Marketing covers it all in a very digestible way!
There is no linear path anymore with marketing. It's no longer separate tactics for B2B or B2C buying decisions. Consumers want the best experience for people they trust to connect the dots with brands they love or will learn to love if the influencer marketing piece is done correctly. They even provide a few acronyms along the way (and I love acronyms, as people know) called A.M.P.L.I.F.Y., which breaks down how to leverage the trust and relationships of influencers to benefit your brand for brand resonance, revenue-driving, and community building.
Whether you're an entrepreneur, a small business just getting started, a seasoned professional, or an established brand looking to explore new possibilities of how to launch, integrate, or expand your influencer marketing campaigns for profitability, impact, connection, and awareness, this book if fluid enough to meet all of your needs from trusted people who have both practical and real-world experiences respected by many in the industry and loved by many in the community.
- Reviewed in the United States on May 8, 2024Format: KindleAs a content creator and coach, I'm always looking for ways to navigate the quickly changing world of digital marketing. "The Ultimate Guide to Influencer Marketing" has been a valuable resource for me. It provides insightful advice on how to leverage influencer relationships for brand success. And I'm finally convinced that I too - even with a smaller audience - can be viewed as an influencer. That's leverage.
The guide breaks down what influencer marketing is, explaining how it can make a significant impact on marketing reach for both the brand and the influencer. It discusses the differences between B2B and B2C influencers and offers platform-specific strategies, along with great examples and input from highly respected marketers who've been in the game for some time.
The book's strategic advice on finding and partnering with influencers who align with your brand's values is particularly helpful. The It also emphasizes the importance of avoiding influencers with fake followers and highlights the effectiveness of micro-influencers.
I took away some practical steps for crafting social media strategies and running successful campaigns and made a ton of notes about transforming my approach. The guide will be a valuable resource for any creator, coach, or other influencers who want to make an impact - no matter where you are in your journey. It's the perfect guide to understand exactly how to make influencer marketing work for you.
- Reviewed in the United States on May 13, 2024Format: PaperbackThis book covers SO much - whether you already have an existing influencer marketing strategy or you're just getting started, Stephanie and Eric made sure that there are actionable items you can integrate right away to level up.
It includes detailed coverage of different collaboration types, the various social media platforms, and my favorite - METRICS.
It gave me a new perspective and a lot to think about how I currently evaluate creators that reach out for collaboration - which metrics you should be looking at, and which ones to disregard. Not only does the book walk through step-by-step how to set up a process for measuring the ROI of each collaboration campaign, but also shares specific software recommendations for each step!
The book also not only includes templates for reaching out about collaboration, but perhaps more importantly tips for things to do PRE-REACHING out for a higher success hit rate.
I’ve been following along with Stephanie’s content for over 3 years now, and have attended many of her keynotes and workshops. She knows the video content industry inside out, and always thoroughly tests her processes before recommending them to others - this book is no outlier. I definitely recommend this book to anyone that is looking to get more out of (or start building) an influencer marketing strategy.
